As head of the kitchen, he stands for honest, down-to-earth cuisine made with regional ingredients and a touch of creativity. His inspiration doesn’t come from recipe books, but from the moment – from what’s in season and what feels right. When evening comes, he swaps the kitchen for the bar.
That’s where he mixes cocktails, pours a glass of wine, and chats with guests – always with the same warmth and passion that define his cooking. Arnold isn’t a man of many words, but one who speaks through flavor – every single day, in the kitchen and behind the bar.
The Wine Cellar – small, fine & full of character
Good food deserves good wine – and Arnold’s selection reflects his taste: authentic and full of personality.
The Moar’s wine cellar is small but carefully curated, focusing on wines that express purity, character, and a sense of place. Most of them come from South Tyrol – from winemakers who work with intuition and respect. These are wines that honor their grape variety and region, and delight through aroma, body, and balance. Honest, distinctive, and unpretentious – just like Arnold himself.
